## What is Omino?

Omino — Content-First Tasks and Archiving

Omino turns any file into a task or a stored record. Capture it, tag it, and act on it now — or keep it for later, with full context attached.

CAPTURE FROM ANYWHERE
Share screenshots, PDFs, photos, text, and links from any app. Or add items directly inside Omino. Every capture lands in your Inbox first, ready for you to make it a todo, schedule it, or archive it.

BUILT-IN SEARCH
Omino scans your images and PDFs with OCR, so every word inside them is searchable. It also transcribes speech in audio files, so you can search their content too. Convert any audio file to a text note in one tap.

ORGANISE YOUR WAY
Tag items to sort them by project, context, or workspace — Work, Home, or anything else. Use tag filters or search to find what you need in seconds.

FIVE OPTIONAL STATES FOR ITEMS
Todo — ready to act on now
Scheduled — set to return to Todo at a specific date and time
Later — not urgent, but on your radar
One Day — ideas, someday projects, and bucket-list items
Archive — done tasks and archived files, stored for later retrieval

SYNC ACROSS DEVICES
Turn on iCloud sync to keep everything up to date on all your devices.

CONTROL YOUR STORAGE
Choose how long completed items stay archived — from 30 days up to forever.
