OMKey is a first-of-its-kind member-only database, regularly updated with off-market properties that have a high likelihood of an upcoming sale using our predictive analytics.  OMKey uses unique algorithms which are constantly finding property buying opportunities with a proven success rate of over 70% of its off-market properties being sold within 12 months.  Use the OMKey App to find properties before they are listed and known to the open market.  


OMKey FREE (Limited Properties)


OMKey FREE Version lets you unlock 5 properties of your choice per week.
Unlocking additional properties can be purchased individually.


OMKey LITE (All Properties)


You can subscribe to get access to properties in OMKey.
You can also turn off Ads.


Subscriptions are auto-renewable and are billed monthly or annually at
the rate selected depends on the subscription plan. 

The cost of the monthly subscription is just $24.99
The cost of the yearly subscription is just $249.99

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be
charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current
period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of
purchase. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned
off in Account Settings in iTunes after the purchase. Any unused
portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the
user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
