Unable to do anything; plus, it keeps turning off

I cannot enter my address as a pick up or drop off location. This app is unable to help me make a reservation and the website is down. Calling in is the only option, which seems ridiculous in 2019.

O’Hare Midway is the best limo service in Chicago.  The app makes it easy to manage reservations.
