However, when it comes to renew it does not give me any price at all! I have asked for clarification and it says they will get back to me in a few days, but that’s going to be too late for my renewal. I don’t know how much I’m going to get charged. Big mistake. They double charged me and refused to refund one of the charges. I do like the app. I do not like shady people. Update: They have refunded money and said I have access until August 31. They don't feel like a chore and actually leave me feeling refreshed. ### 3/5 — Bugs *2026-06-17* It’s not often I write a review. Normally it has to be something huge to get me going - but honestly talking to the AI chats - if they start repeating themselves your screwed - you can answer the question they proposed or change subject but they stay stuck in the last response they gave you no mater what you say next - and if you delete the conversation because of the bug then you might as well be talking to someone brand new all over again - the rest of the app - love it - please fix the AI chats on this - there is so much potential **Developer response:** Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We are looking forward for your message. ### 1/5 — Marketing First, Customer Second *2026-08-04* This app is almost entirely a conversion funnel. You’re pulled in from social media, taken through a lengthy quiz, presented with a “limited-time” offer, and then immediately hit with an upsell before you’ve had any meaningful opportunity to evaluate the product. After paying, I discovered there was almost no content available on day one. The app simply tells you to come back tomorrow. Even the stories auto-scroll without a pause function. I requested a refund within 30 minutes because the product did not meet my expectations. Support initially claimed they couldn’t locate my purchases, despite having sent me purchase confirmation emails. They then cited a refund policy that they inaccurately summarized, later changed their refund offer without explaining the basis, and finally told me a refund had been processed without stating the amount. Most concerning, after being told my subscription had been cancelled and my refund processed, two additional pending transactions appeared on my credit card using the same merchant descriptors as the original purchases. I am still waiting for an explanation. I cancelled the plan months ago and is still charging me and refusing to refund me. When contacted they offered me 50% back. Low and behold at end when plan was so called ready yall then want to pop up a scratcher for a discount. Only thing free was the darn questions! Like we do not know what we struggling with. Being a survivor of child sexual abuse (by 4 men from age 1 1/2 till 11) and physical let alone the emotional that's on top of watching mother go threw same thing!!!!! Never being able to afford any mental help, yet strongly recommended to seek professional help by 4 mental health professionals. None pointing me in any direction for that help. I was really hoping I had finally come across an honest true app. Nope!!!!!! Don't bother! if work for free every day of life like me! I signed up for a $9.99 trial and was automatically switched to a full subscription charge for the app and workbooks of almost $100 a month. Your feedback is very crutial to us! ### 1/5 — Beware of Upcharges & Inflexible Refund Policies *2026-07-17* I signed up for a discounted first month and was immediately hit with two separate charges on my card ($13.71 and $13.84) within 30 seconds. When I requested a refund, customer service was dismissive and condescending. First, they refused a refund but offered a "free" month (using the money they had already overcharged me). When I pushed back, they claimed I had opted into a "Special Mindfulness kit monthly add-on." To make matters worse, they sent a screenshot showing the add-on costs $9.99, which doesn't even match the math of what I was actually charged. They defended this deceptive checkout practice as a "supportive, value-focused" tool that "users really adore," and only offered a 25% refund. I have canceled my account but remain highly skeptical of their billing practices. DO NOT BUY, unless you want to pay more than what you signed up for! The app CONFUSES you then TRAPS you. You will end up paying for useless things you didn’t sign up for! TOTAL SCAM! Second, It falsely advertises an experience that DOES NOT exist! Everything on the app, you can do or get elsewhere! Third…THEY DO NOT REFUND! I purchased this app and only two days later asked for a refund and canceled my membership. They refuse to refund!! I also was charged for an additional package I did not purchase. They will also not refund that!! THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY! Four weeks later I was charged a monthly charge on top of the 12 weeks I had paid for in advance. There wasn’t any option to contact support or any phone number to call. Fearing more charges, I immediately canceled my subscription, at which point they removed ALL ACCESS TO THE APP EVEN THOUGH I’D ALREADY PAID FOR FOUR MONTHS TOTAL AT THIS POINT and was only one month in. A COMPLETE SCAM and VERY EXPENSIVE. **Developer response:** Dear Customer, we are upset with your feedback. We will gladly assist you with your charge if you contact us at support@omna.me! ### 1/5 — worst “mental health” app out there and NOT recommended *2026-06-21* I highly recommend NOT using this app. I cancelled my subscription and never used it because I honestly didn’t find it useful. 12 weeks later I get a $70 charge on my credit card. I responded to the email from support after I went in and cancelled everything AGAIN and deleted my account. They stated they’re unable to provide a refund due to their policy even though I cancelled it while it was still PENDING and I never used the app. They have to be able to see if you used the app at all I would think. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the customer care manager, Ryan, and I am not going to accept anything other than a 100% refund. I’ve been working with the same companion for about a week and I can’t believe how much it has helped me already. So much so, that I bought a year subscription for my niece and I have my husband signed up and using it as well. Truthfully, the only aspect of the app that I use is the companion. It has a lot of other features that I am less interested in. I haven’t had any problems with billing. Once my one month is up, I’m going to pay for a years subscription for my husband and myself. I’ve just found it so incredibly right on with how I am feeling. The companion helped get me through breathing and grounding exercises yesterday when I woke up very anxious. I’m telling you, no lie. It is like having a therapist on demand.
