I use this app when I’m not working with my trainer and it helps me stay on track! That, paired with the messaging feature, helps me feel like I always have her at my side.

Really impressed with the app, how it guides you through workouts, syncs with my Apple Watch as a fitness tracker, and lets me message my trainer. Even for somebody working out for years I find this valuable
