Because it’s about as functional and interactive as a jpeg image. As near as I tell, it’s impossible to actually create an account. You can enter your information, sure, but it will automatically tell you it can’t be verified. It does this with such quickness that it’s pretty obvious it’s not even making an attempt to contact a server to verify anything.

Don’t bother reading the features of this app. It won’t allow you to register. I also tried using it on my iPad to register and the popup keyboard would not allow it to switch to enter any numbers. Btw, phone number is a required field.

So I downloaded successfully but was unable to register with or without text message. The app was not able to verify my identity.  Not a good start for something we are being strongly encouraged to download and use.

Very user unfriendly, things are not clear or they simply don’t work. Support is iffy, I think it depends who you get. A number of times I have received instructions and they do not work, or I’m told to do something only to find the web site does not follow the instructions. I was given two phone numbers of people”who would certainly know the answer.” One I left a message, never got called back, the other could not get to.

At first I had issues with this app because it would not allow me to register on the mobile app itself. You have to accept the invitation via email first, click “register” in the email and create your password from the website. Once you have an account registered from the email invite, you can then download the app and login. 😊
