The current healthcare landscape, and the high premiums we continue to endure, is not a sustainable model. Seeking a solution, three founders lead by an ambitious millennial have reinvented the tools of medicine for the digital era to go from information to action. Omni Telecare consists of two mobile apps that function independently but are connected at all times.
