## What is Omni HR Mobile?

Omni HR is the mobile companion for companies running Omni HR on Odoo. Employees use it daily for attendance, leave requests, expense submissions, and payslips — all from one app.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Tap the big button, hold your phone up, and you're done. The app verifies your identity with on-device face matching (no cloud upload of your selfie) and confirms your location against your office geofence. Anti-spoof technology detects printed photos and screen replays, keeping attendance records honest without making the process feel like airport security.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT
Browse your leave balance by type, request time off with a date-range picker that shows working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and attach supporting documents (medical certificates, travel confirmations) directly from the camera or your files. Get notified when your manager approves or declines.

EXPENSE SUBMISSIONS
Snap a receipt, pick a category, enter the amount, and submit. Your finance team sees it instantly. Track the status of every submission from draft through approval.

PAYSLIPS
View and download your monthly payslips as PDFs, right from the app. No more chasing HR for a copy.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your face image is compared on-device — it never leaves your phone for matching. Location is sampled only at the moment you check in or out, not in the background. You can delete your account and all associated biometric data at any time from the Profile screen.

WORKS WITH YOUR COMPANY'S OMNI HR
Omni HR connects to your employer's Odoo-based HR system. Your company administrator provides a company code during setup. If your company doesn't use Omni HR yet, ask your HR team to get started at omnisoftsolution.com.

REQUIREMENTS
- An active Omni HR subscription managed by your employer.
- iPhone running iOS 15.5 or later.
- Camera access for face verification (optional — your employer decides whether to enable it).
- Location access for geofence verification (optional — same).

  • Check-in can now verify you're connected to the office Wi-Fi when your company enables it. A Wi-Fi indicator next to the GPS status shows green
  on the office network. Allow precise location so the app can read the Wi-Fi name.
  • Leave types counted in hours now support full-day requests: pick a date range like any other leave — no time pickers needed. Specific-hours
  mode is still available for partial days.
  • Hour-based leave balances now show the day equivalent (for example, 112h (14d) left) and match your HR records.

Flexible work location

• Employees approved by HR for flexible work can now clock in and out from outside the office area. Location is still recorded, and remote punches are flagged for HR review.
• The location chip shows "Remote" instead of an error when you work off-site.
• Clearer messages when a punch can't be completed, such as location unavailable or fake GPS detected.
• A brand new app icon and refreshed look.
