## What is Omni?

L’application Omni-PratiQ est développée par la Fédération des omnipraticiens du Québec comme outil aux médecins et aux autres professionnels de la santé permettant une consultation rapide et efficace sur la prise en charge des problèmes de santé courants en médecine familiale. Cette application est une aide à la décision clinique basée sur des avis d’experts.  Elle est divisée en chapitres, chacun d’entre eux ayant été développé par un comité scientifique indépendant. Les deux premiers chapitres portent sur le diabète et les traumatismes des extrémités. Une mise à jour régulière et l’ajout de nouveaux chapitres permettront aux professionnels de la santé d’en faire un outil pratique au quotidien.
