## What is OmniCaaS?

Omni-CaaS is a comprehensive, cloud-based phone system with built-in contact center features.  It can be purchased as a complete communications solution with Brightlink’s network services and global coverage included or as an application solution only.

### 4.1.4 — 2025-05-30

Fixed a bug where voicemail count always displayed 50 when the user had more than 50 voicemails.
Corrected issues related to call handling and bluetooth.
Fixed a bug for sending a message via Siri voice commands.
Fixed a bug where missed call notifications were not being shown after the phone was inactive for 15 minutes or more.

Fixed a bug where Caller ID was not visible for a Call Park retrieved by a different User.

Bug	Intentionally removed “switch to another device” option to iPad/Tablet devices as this doesn’t currently function as intended. We may reintroduce the option if we’re able to reliably handle the switch in future versions.

Corrected a bug where the UI Config, MOBILE_REGISTRATION_SERVER, was not honored when set at the Reseller level.
Corrected an issue where speakerphone could cause echo feedback for other call participants.
Fixed a Call History bug. When a "From Name" was empty or missing, the dialed number would be displayed instead of the "From Number".
Corrected an issue concerning Music on Hold and conferencing. If a mobile app user in a conference put the call on hold, hold music would play for all conference participants.
Corrected an issue where the switch phone button would simultaneously ring all devices.
Fixed a bug in chat where the user could add the same contact or phone number when selecting "Add Participants" in an existing chat session.
Added MOBILE_IOS_PREMIUM_VIDEO_ENABLED as a config (previously MOBILE_IOS_IOTUM_VIDEO_ENABLED) to match the portal’s PORTAL_PREMIUM_VIDEO_ENABLED. Both the Mobile and Portal configs must be enabled for Premium Video to be available in SNAPmobile iOS.
Fixed a bug concerning the "Add Call" button. If a call was put on hold, a call could not be added.
Fixed a crash when tapping, then dismissing the ‘More’ button during a call.
Fixed an issue with incorrect timestamps for sms messages.
Fixed an issue where the app would get stuck in a connecting state. This was caused by duplicate push notifications from the server.

### 4.0.3 — 2024-09-24

Improvement - Made improvements to the way the app handles incoming calls which would
decrease the likelihood of crashes when receiving incoming push calls.

Bug - Fixed a bug where naming/renaming a group chat was not being applied on the Chat list.
Bug - Fixed a bug where contacts were not populating after logging out and logging back in.
Bug - Fixed a bug where phone number formatting was being applied to user extension numbers.
