## What is Omnifox.io CRM?

Omnifox is the app for agents: handle all your company's conversations from one place, wherever you are.

OMNICHANNEL INBOX
Receive and reply to messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, email and your website chat in a single inbox. See each channel separately or all together in the unified inbox.

BUILT FOR TEAMS
Assign conversations to teammates or teams, leave internal notes with mentions, snooze what is not urgent, mute the noisy ones and tag contacts. Every agent sees what their role allows.

REPLY FASTER
Canned responses, WhatsApp templates, messages with buttons and lists, attachments, voice notes and message translation. The AI assistant suggests replies, improves your text and summarizes long conversations.

YOUR WHOLE WORKDAY
Beyond the inbox you also carry the CRM (pipelines and deals), project and task boards, the appointment calendar, the contact directory and your team's internal messaging.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get alerts when a message arrives, a conversation is assigned to you or someone mentions you in a note.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The app follows your phone's language and you can also pick it manually.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-14

Call your customers over WhatsApp or telephony straight from the chat. Send location, contact cards, image or carousel templates, GIFs and library files. Reply from the notification, write offline (sent when the network is back) and never lose a draft. Redesigned calendar with day, week and month views and video-call appointments. Create campaigns, browse the knowledge base and see reports with charts. Share photos and files to Omnifox from other apps and add the home-screen widget.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-09

Inbox audio, video and documents now open correctly. Team chat separates messages by day and lets you copy text. New switch to turn automatic translation on or off per conversation. Phone alert when a call comes in.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-24

Five new features for working from your phone:

• Calls: history and details of your account's calls.
• Reports: conversation and team metrics.
• Bulk actions: long-press a conversation to enter selection mode and assign, tag or close several at once.
• Notification preferences: choose what alerts you and what doesn't.
• Agent status and saved views: change your availability and jump to your favorite inbox filters.

Plus stability improvements and bug fixes.
