Has been nothing but a giant headache. Login issues stemming from too many people using the app, or just problems on their end. Cant login most of the time. I end up having to do my shift reports and incident reports on a pc. This app is not managed well at all. Not even sure my most recent incident report got submitted because it kicked me out and i cannot log back in. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service, cliches with software *2022-05-05, version 2022.1.0* We currently use the Omnigo Mobile Software for reports and issuing violations on campus. We have had an issue with the software not working on the newer IOS phones. The problem was reported approximately 3 months ago with follow up emails and calls to support. Was told at one point the new release should be may 1st but still has not been released. The down time has caused all types of parking issues let alone the loss of revenue in violations. Looking for a new program since the down time has caused a breach of contract. ### 1/5 — Patrol Sgt *2022-03-11, version 2022.1.0* App stopped working, reloaded app by downloading again. Once UTL was confirmed it would not recognize passwords. Mobile app has always been slow and buggy. I don’t recommend Report Exec in general anymore. ### 1/5 — No longer works after update. *2021-05-01, version 2021.2.0* Just updated yesterday evening and now the app says it is no longer supported. What happened? ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-11-17, version 2020.3.0* I think this app would be amazing but I can’t even log in. Every time I try it says “login failed” please fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Missing needed features *2020-06-05, version 2020.2.0* Updated review... and still no way to add a follow up report to a case file in the mobile app. Ridiculous that it’s still missing this function... certainly a function that could be expected to be needed when mobile... isn’t part of the app. Such potential but comes out clunky. No address search for prior interactions or cautions at the address, slow in all respects and trying to move around within the search to get information is frustrating as parts such as digital media simply don't open. Along with 360 this is another program with such potential but fails in execution... ### 1/5 — Won't let me log in! *2016-05-14, version 2.12.1* URL was easy to put in. But won't let me log in.
