Alerts are more difficult to identify as well as mapping. You can't locate their home, you can't search specific times/dates, doesn't accurately "update location"...list goes on and on. Way behind the times in comparison to what other companies are offering. Zero stars. ### 2/5 — Anxiously awaiting the update for IOS 10 *2016-10-20* The company I work for contracts with omnilink and I would use the app daily to locate my clients- often in a courtroom setting to provide current or historical info about an offenders location/compliance. Very disappointed there has not been an update to run on iOS 10. Glad I am involved enough with my company's contracts that I can look into switching vendors if they don't update it soon. Having access on your smartphone is a necessity these days. I am only giving it 2 stars due to the lack of an update. Prior to iOS 10 being released, it was a 5 star app. ### 5/5 — This is great!!!! *2019-08-07* This is really helpful as it relates to managing my area of responsibility....I can do the same thing from my phone that I can do in the office! I can do everything in the app that I do in the office. The only thing that I would add is the ability to communicate by voice.
