Anyone that says differently expects instant miracles. It doesn’t make you a new person after one use— but it does amazing things! It put me to sleep the first time I used it. And I have horrible insomnia. Just be very careful and use the low setting when you first use it because it is a powerful device. It won’t hurt you on the high setting, but it might make you feel a little overwhelmed. But that just proves that it is working. The battery stays charged for so long! This app is required to use a device, and this app works great.
