The response from the team is quick but nothing has worked so far. The message on the app states the schedule has not been updated and to log in again, when it has. Wa can’t select the small sofa where we’re both together because we can’t link both accounts. When I select just a sear of the sofa it automatically selects 2 and makes me pay for the second one. In addition, now it won’t let me book a new movie. It says the system failed to recognise myself and I may have an upcoming ticket already (I don’t). My wife is having the same issue. I used to be a Cineworld subscriber and I missed it now. ### 1/5 — Horrible booking system *2026-07-17, version 8.1.6* My partner and I just purchased MyOmniPasses today. When trying to book with my omnipass, you cannot add the person you’re wanting to go with who also has an omnipass. Then because you’re in a single seat, they cannot book beside you!!!!! It’s also absurd that there are only the first few rows included for this price of the omnipass. Can’t pick a back row seat without the upcharge. Can’t pick a higher up row without the upcharge. Feeling pretty frustrated at purchasing an omnipass, after being so excited for it to open…missing Cineworld and their app that is so easy to use. ### 1/5 — Close down please asap *2026-07-16, version 8.1.6* Worst cinema, zero customer service or anything fruitful. I bought monthly membership for 3 family members. They don’t allow booking together as there is always that 1 seat leaving issue. There is no number to call, the complaint is never acknowledged. Have been a member of Cineworld and it’s awesome. You can watch your fav movies as many times as you want. Here its just ONCE allowed. If you miss there is no option to rebook or ask for chnage/ cancel that works. Isn’t even showing me my tickets on the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible Payment Process *2025-06-22, version 8.1.2* Notwithstanding the devaluation to the Omnipass whilst increasing the price this app would put you off using Omniplex. The app is an upgrade on before - but let’s face it it couldn’t have been worse before. But now, despite claiming to support Apply Pay, it doesn’t give that as a payment option. Card details need entered everytime and the app won’t remember them. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-05-02, version 7.0.7* One of the worst apps I’ve used charged to set up a membership and the account still failed to register. If I could give it zero stars I would. It won’t allow me to login in, when I try to purchase tickets it crashes, it’s just ridiculous. No wonder I don’t go to the cinema anymore- any time I try it’s a battle to attempt to book tickets! Seriously Omniplex, sort it out. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-11-17, version 7.0.7* Seriously the worst app I've ever used. If I could put no stars I would. Dev team, seriously, fix your app or delete it from the store. It used to work (despite all its glitches) but it has been broken now for so long I've just deleted it and use the website which only works in DuckDuckGo, not Safari or Chrome. I did try this new update but it still doesn't work. E.g. I try to select any other day than today and it won't shift to that day. I.e. If I select Tuesday or Wednesday, "Today" remains highlighted as well as that new day and as you scroll to see titles it switches back to just "Today". ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2026-04-12, version 8.1.5* The app is brilliant. So simple to use and as a omnipass holder I find this cinema so great. ### 5/5 — Omnipass users should be able to sit on any seat *2025-10-08, version 8.1.5* As an omnipass holder…,I think since the price of the omnipass has increased by 50% we should be allowed to sit on any seat… instead we are penalised and only permitted to sit in the cheaper seats … unless we want to pay a top up. This discourages people from becoming omnipass members. Also if the cheaper seats are all booked out, then I have to pay an additional cost to attend the cinema screening. I see ads saying see every film for £11.99 as an omnipass holder. This is deceiving… most new films come out on recline screens and under this omnipass you may not be able to see this.
