## What is Omo?

Your phone is built to pull you back. Omo pauses everything for a while, so a book, your work or a conversation gets your whole attention.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps you still need, like Phone, Messages or Maps. Everything else pauses during a Focus.
• Choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or your own length up to 3 hours, and tap Start.
• Open a paused app and you'll see when the Focus ends. Close it and get back to what you were doing.
• When time's up, your apps come back on their own. Lock the phone or close Omo: the Focus still ends on time.

START WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
Start your usual Focus with one tap from a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, Control Center or the Action button. While it runs, the countdown stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

YOU DECIDE HOW HARD IT IS TO QUIT
• Easy: one confirmation and the Focus ends.
• Pause: End unlocks after a 20-second wait. The urge to stop often passes.
• Strict: no ending early, except one emergency end a week for what really can't wait.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Omo works through Apple's Screen Time. Your app choices stay in Screen Time on your device: Omo never sees which apps you picked, needs no account and sends nothing anywhere.

ALSO
• An optional notification when a Focus ends
• Light and dark appearance, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver
• English and Ukrainian

Omo is short for Omoikane, the Shinto god of wisdom, "the one who gathers thoughts".
