Декілька місяців користуємось системою і поки вона значно ускладнила життя. Необхідне оновлення з універсальним qr-кодом на обмежений час дії (10 хвилин) для курʼєрів, бо відправити 3 коди з поясненням двері/ліфт вантажний/ліфт маленький - це жесть! Тим паче якщо у курʼєра немає звʼязку і він не розуміє як це все працює, а я за кермом і не маю можливості відслідковувати рух курʼєра і вмикати йому ліфти і тд.

Додаток не працює в паркінгах, ліфтах, на відкритиі/закритті шлагбауму. Тобто, в90% випадків додаток не працює. Краще ніколи не заʼязуватися з розробниками. Ніколи.

Додаток по замовчуванню підписую користувача на регулярний платіж. Тобто не отримує УСВІДОМЛЕНОЇ згоди, а радше «в тиху» ставить цю галочку і якщо користувач не помітив і не скасував цього, то гроші знімаються щомісяця. Жодних попереджень немає. Виманили в мене гроші таким чином і відмовились вирішувати питання. Шахраї!

Приложение снимает деньги с карты хотя я его отвязал после удалил ещё после заблокировал выплату

Я не знаю хто створював цей UI. Неможливо видалити, налаштувати або змінити розташування ключів. Який геній придумав, 4 ключі розбивати на два різні екрани незрозуміло. Напевно для того щоб користувачам було максимально незручно і не комфортно користуватись додатком. Підтримка не взмозі видалити «пусті» розділи які створились за замовчуванням
