My previous car app would alert me if I left the car unlocked, windows open etc. I hope to see this app update during my time with my car. ### 5/5 — Works great with my Omoda 9 *2026-08-14* In the UK this works perfectly with my Omoda 9. Can check charging, turn on the AC during the heatwave etc. Super reliable after 3 months of ownership. Now the bad, it’s stopped logging me in. I just get a lovely pale blue Omoda Jaecoo screen, it’s actually relaxing to look, waiting while it does nothing. Occasionally it will ask me to re-enter security codes etc. which is not a smooth process as security codes sent to your very rarely- if ever - arrive. Would be good if the app also included a mileage / journey log. Both my last two car apps (Audi and Volvo) included this feature - I had assumed it was a basic feature that would be included with all car apps. The Jaecoo itself is great but they have a lot of catching up to do with their app - a lot of catching up… ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-26, version 1.2.1* Can’t even accept terms to get in app ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-07-26, version 1.2.1* Accessing the app is so hit and miss, one day it works and shows the range and allows me to use the climate settings options, the next there is no data at all. Now I can’t get on to the remote control access so the app is beyond pointless. A major overhaul is needed which I assume is coming given how popular Omoda and Jaecoo are becoming in the UK.
