今日アプリをインストールして、初めて使いました。
現像自体は近くのキタムラですぐにできましたが、あがってきた写真を見て唖然。
全ての写真がすごく影が濃くでて、とても暗い写真になってました。スマホ側ではとても明るく見えるのに。
複数のカメラでとった写真の現像でしたが全ての写真がそんなでした。
アプリ側なのかキタムラ側なのかどちらの問題なんでしょう？もう二度と使いません。

何回もあと帰り、選択したはずの写真が注文となると数が減らされる。それを何度も繰り返し、このアプリはサクサク行かないとうまく行かないのがわかった。しかし、1枚の写真を見てどうしようと迷うのは普通の事。
注文するまでに1時間はかかり、時間が勿体なかった。何度もやり直し、減らされた枚数で取り敢えず注文した。時間が掛かる割にはやりきれない。

いつもお世話になっております。
スマホで撮った写真をアプリ内で選び、サイズを選んだり、拡大したりして注文→店頭ですぐ受け取りできとても重宝しています。
確認メールではサイズや枚数の他｢日付なし｣と表示があるのに対し、アプリ内では日付の有無を選択する項目を発見できませんでした。
分かりにくいのかそもそも機能がないのか…。
赤ちゃんの写真を主に印刷しているので、私にとっては日付はかなり重要です。
是非とも改善をお願い致します。
