New iPhone 17e gets an error when trying to pair with model BP5450. I hope there is a fix coming, because now I cannot save the readings history for my dr.

I’ve been for three hours, trying to connect and get the EKG part to work. ChatGPT has even and it’s awful and we can’t get it to work. My blood pressure is up now! I even called the company and that was laughable. They told me to read the instructions or they would send me by email some instructions.

I wish the measurements would quit changing and go back to the older measurements record. It is getting harder to read.

I used to be able to see a list of my weight with one tap. Now after so-called updates, it takes multiple taps to get there and only shows in kilograms. Half the time it doesn’t even upload.
I can’t believe that for such a large organisation they can produce such a useless app.

Today I see a new format I must go through to read notes I put for each BP reading. I must keep detailed notes. Until today I could see my notes for multiple BP readings on 1 screen. Now I must open each reading separately to read notes. Please revert back to the way it used to be before this change.

After update, history only shows date but no time which makes the data useless. Should not have to tap each reading individually to see the time. Please put timestamp back. 

Also, (not due to the update), on the history screen it would be more useful to have “see all measurements” at the top. I don’t need the dissertation about what blood pressure is that I must scroll through to see my readings. 

The only good thing about the update is the app doesn’t display my 120/75 (normal) readings as ELEVATED quite as boldly as in previous version.

There seems to be consistent non patched bugs. Routinely try to check my history and the app stalls or crashes. Often new readings do not update and i need to go to history to synch which is difficult when the history/read all data does not work.
