If you have used the monitor before pairing the app, just know that the previous readings stored on the device will be deleted when you do the pairing. It does warn you that it’s going to happen. But it’s still annoying. ### 4/5 — Don’t bury the daily data *2026-09-08, version 2026.08.20* Decent app. And it usually syncs data to the app. Sometimes I have to go to the app and do a manual sync. Why is the daily data buried. I swear for a few days after I pressed the main screen, instead of showing a graph there were toggles so I could go directly to the daily data so I could add a note. I really liked that. Now you get the graph and have to scroll past the explanation of blood pressure and finally you get to See All Measurements. That option should not be buried at the bottom of that page. Move it up so it shows on graph screen without scrolling or go back to the toggles. ### 2/5 — What happened? *2026-09-07, version 2026.08.20* After updates I’m no longer able to manually enter my weight. I also don’t like to have to log when using my personal device Ever. Time. I Need to access!!!! ### 2/5 — Not user friendly/Deletion of BP readings/history easy *2026-09-07, version 2026.08.20* I don’t understand why they didn’t make it to where you can delete BP readings/history easy from the app. I have BP readings from 2024. In order to delete them I have to scroll way down to my 2024 readings, only able to delete one reading, and then the screen goes back to the more recent BP reading of September 2026. Which means I would have to started the process back over… scroll all the way to my 2024 readings. Please make it a quicker and easier way to delete the BP history. I’ve printed the BP history I needed. I just want the old readings out of my app history. It blows my mind that this has not been implemented. You can’t even deleted BP readings/history in mass either. You couldn’t do this on the old app nor the newer version. New version of app not as user friendly as I thought. ### 1/5 — Latest update has broken the app *2026-09-05, version 2026.08.20* After the recent update (Sep 2nd or thereabouts), the app will no longer launch. I get the OMRON splash screen, then a message box with the text “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I’m running iOS 26.6.1 on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’ve reinstalled the app but see no difference. ### 1/5 — Horrible sync *2026-09-05, version 2026.08.20* The latest update doesn’t sync well. The sync icon spins but no data is transferred. The app also doesn’t take manual input either. It’s not the most intuitive app. When you click + it says ekg but it does the blood pressure and heart rate as well. I own this and Omron has it locked server side. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Was asked to create a new account. It still WILL NOT WORK! I permanently deleted this confounding app and will use other, dependable apps. to present heart data to my doctors. This is second time I’ve had this problem. NO MORE. Now with the OMRON blood pressure monitor and this App, problem solved. It’s amazing and I now find I use my monitor more and more which gives me true peace of mind. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Absolute security *2026-08-19* With a forty year history of blood pressure, controlled by medication, my BP is monitored regularly by the medics. Recently I was diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm making my BP monitoring essential. After a week in hospital being monitored 24/7 together with a substantial change in my drug regime I took the decision to monitor my BP myself. I now monitor my BP twice daily, with my morning drug regime and again in the evening with my second dosage. My readings give me complete confidence that my drug regime is working, furthermore I now have secure information to share with my cardiologist. My personal monitoring continues whilst the aortic team review my need for surgery. OMRON sends accurate detail to my iPhone and iPad leaving me fully confident that I have the detail I need to fully benefit my health.
