Hi 
I have been using your product 
Blood Pressure Monitor
HEM-7600T

Both my wife and I have different accounts but we share the same unit. Quite often her reading is captured by my sync on my app and visa versa.
When I try to delete her record the Software doesn’t allow me to do that, which is quite frustrating as I no longer have accurate results. I can’t see a reason why a delete feature cannot be added to allow taking off other peoplel,s reading or even have someone like a guest option so the reading for the intended account can be entered correctly.
I hope you can amend this.

Dificilmente um medidor de pressão é usar exclusivamente por uma pessoa. Poder atribuir as medições às pessoas tornaria o app muito mais útil. Como está hoje, ps relatórios não servem pra quase nada, já que misturam as medições da família toda.

good app, except it has this annoying design where whenever a new update is pushed out you have to manually go into the app to accept it.  this means that you constantly need to go into the app rather than just being able to take your blood pressure and assume it will be transferred.

Tenho o HEM 7156T e algo tão simples como diferenciar usuários via app não é possível ou pelo menos salvar apenas a última medição, utilizo junto com outra pessoa e ela tem que anotar e eu uso o aplicativo porque quando você sincroniza ele puxa todas as medições recentes já colocando no seu diário, você acaba tendo que ficar editando e excluindo as medições que não são suas com base no horário que você mediu, algo que mesmo que no aparelho não tenha essa opção,  via software é algo simples de se fazer ou vc colocaria divisões de perfil ou uma opção de puxar apenas a última medição sem poluir o seu histórico de medições.

Generally satisfied with the app, with one exception - the inability to record/label/tag BP measurements as being either lying, sitting, or standing. I can see other reviewers have been requesting this feature for years. Disappointing it hasn’t been added, especially considering how common these specific measurements are requested by doctors. Please add this feature!

Doctors want to know my sitting BP, standing BP, after workout BP, morning BP before medication and BP before bed at night, and also Irregular Heartbeat and AFib in a month. The app / BP Monitor should provide a one-touch select function and be able to print such a report.

HBF702T : Body Composition Monitor
After the device is paired, the first time reading synchs and shows up on app. The subsequent readings do appear to perform the sync but on UI the new readings and date and time never updates. Hardware seems to work fine, glitch is on App.
Support doesn’t respond.

You can share with Apple health so I don’t know why people complain about this. Open app, tap contents and then add contents.you can have two seperate users and even share your data with the doctor. Also has good support if you have any issues you can even call them for help
