Not only did they not honor their forever deal but they change the price to $148.50 they illegally charged my card in 2023 and 2024 and refuse to pay the money back. Not only are you a thief Kino McGregor, but you are a liar. You should be very ashamed of yourself. She’s doing everything she can do to not give me my money back after she used my card without my permission. Don’t fall into this scam. ### 1/5 — Unhappy customer *2024-04-09* These people are crooks. I cancelled my account and they still charged me. They lied and said I didn’t cancel even though I know I did. Then they wouldn’t refund me. They said they would give me a month free which is illogical and stupid because that’s worth the amount you could have just refunded. I’m sure it’s a great app for some but go in with caution! ### 1/5 — Glitchy & Won’t Stay Opwn *2024-02-13* The app keeps closing after each section of a course which is annoying. There is also no easy way to star courses for easy access (David Swenson Courses for example). Not sure the app is worth the cost. ### 1/5 — App good , customer service bad. *2021-02-04, version 1.23* Loved the app , hated the customer service. Canceled my free trial a week before it ended and was still charged. No reply yet from customer service after sending an email a week ago. So frustrating. ### 2/5 — Subscription is too expensive for what you get *2021-09-09, version 1.27* Basically, the purpose of the subscription is to let you buy content. There were a few videos that could be watched without additional charge, but not any that I was interested in. ### 3/5 — Loving the content, but the saving and play-listing videos ruin the experience *2024-06-14* I wholeheartedly love Omstarts and have been a member for years. After this time, however, I have seen and did hundreds and thousands of classes (which are the best!). Creating personal experience truly ruins the goodness of this app. It takes ages to rummage through and try to find courses, videos and classes as it's really hard to save them. It started to happen that after 15 minutes of scrolling I give up and use another platform. It is possible to create your own playlist, but videos can only saved one by one. Some courses contain 50+ videos, so each would need to be saved one by one. Also, once a course or a challenge is completed, it is all marked as 'Watched', and not possible to reset and do it again. Of course, you can do them again anyway, but in a 30-video series you lose track of where you were as all are 'Watched'. After years, also there are too many folders of saved videos that are not possible to delete or re-organise. I love the content and anyone new will love it, after years, however, making sense of the sheer amount of brilliant content will be cumbersome and annoying, which is a shame. I gave feedback about it months and years ago as well but got a generic reply of 'we currently do this like this'. I'm not sure I'll renew as I find it a little too annoying and I get discouraged often because I can't find that I'm looking for. 😔✨ ### 3/5 — Downloading (offline) Missing *2023-07-06, version 1.36* The ability to download (save for offline) would be a necessary function to make this experience useful. ### 4/5 — Content Amazing *2023-08-06* I love this content and would gladly pay for it! These yogis speak to my soul and lead me on my yoga journey. I gave four stars because the app itself frustrates me. When I cast it to my tv it stops multiple times some sessions and restarts. But I still love it! ### 5/5 — My favorite yoga app *2025-12-25* I have been using Omstars since 2021 for my yoga practice, and I have used it pretty much every day or every other day, sometimes for live classes (which include a zoom recording if you can’t attend live), or for classes stored in the library. It’s a great app, easy to use, simple, and they have tons of courses not only for ashtanga but many other styles, including some drills and mobility that have been so useful to me. It’s well worth the price for me. They have very knowledgeable teachers, they explain the poses well, and are available to answers questions for us as well. Thanks Omstars! ### 5/5 — A pure blessing *2024-11-05* This app is rooted in deep reverence to yoga's lineage. Kino is my teacher, but there are so many incredible teachers in this platform that will truly teach you the true meaning of yoga. Haven't found that anywhere else online. If you're struggling to find an authentic yoga studio or are feeling a pull to deepen your practice, maybe this is where you begin? ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best yoga platform I’ve found ! *2023-06-07, version 1.34* I’m a new yoga teacher currently travelling and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to grow in my practise while travelling. Omstars has been my saving grace! This platform has allowed me to practise yoga daily, deepen my abilities and even discover new avenues within yoga. The app is easy to navigate and is FILLED with different classes and meditations to try, I’ve particularly enjoyed the mindfulness playlists when starting my day off. They’ve helped my mindset and overall mentality. The live yoga classes have allowed me to practise and feel part of a true community which is super important to me, even when I’m short on time or travelling.
