I’ve requested to change my password about 30 times now and I never receive the “emails” they claim to send. On top of that there’s no help forum to go to. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — HORRRRRIBLE *2024-09-11, version 17.18* this app SUCKS. first of all, some of the drivers are RUDE. second of all, no matter if you book it the day of or the day BEFORE it still takes long for them to get to you. what do you mean i have to wait an hour for ONE CHEAP RIDE???? and don’t get me started on the glitches where they switch between different drivers constantly. AND DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE FACT THAT SOME DRIVERS ARE GREEDY AND WILL TAKE A RIDE EVEN IF THEY ALREADY HAVE LIKE 10+ STOPS CHOSEN. IF YOU HAVE THAT MANY RIDES BOOKED DON’T CHOOSE AN ASAP RIDE. Sometimes it shows after 20 minutes to the selected pick up time and sometimes after 1-2 hours. This app is too bad for people who work night shifts.
