you always have to reset the app

Does not connect to the server and jobs cannot be seen clearly on screen. Words are over each other.

If I Tap start on the Blue Line the App kicks me out. It is not my phone as Apple checked. They suggested I Report to the Developer.
Please assist as I cannot use the App.
It worked fine before
