After losing all of my lifting data from Strong (years and years), I was ready to look at alternatives to the app. That’s when I found On Lifting. It has a solid trial period so you can try it before paying. It’s easy, affordable, and does everything and more that I could do in my other app. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth trying out.

Awesome app - really easy to use and very friendly to new lifters. Gives great instruction and guidance to those who don’t know their way around the gym yet. Also provides a very user friendly way to track lifts and document progress!

My goal is to make it simple to get started, while gradually revealing more advanced features like intensity tracking (e.g. Reps in Reserve) as users gain experience.
