This app makes everything too difficult to transfer your “gift” to your account. The process should be simplified to a Venmo style process. I click where/who I send money to and hit send. This app is bad

Show your friends how much you hate them by sending them a gift through this app. Such a hassle. I was gifted $100 card. Before I can use it I have to download the app and provide my phone number. After getting into the app it gives you the ability to add to your apple wallet. iPad doesn’t have a wallet app. It finally showed up in the wallet on my phone, but won’t accept the CVV code required to add it to the wallet for use.  So I chat in to the reps, but I have to stand by for a half hour waiting for a response. Even if the reps are able to help with this, this app is such a damn hassle.

While purchasing a Coursera annual subscription I wanted to use my card to pay for this. As it would not split payments easily I was charged for the whole balance on my personal card. I have no other use for the card beside making a purchase for learning. (Which now I have) so basically it’s a waste of money sitting in my Apple wallet at the moment. Extremely dissatisfied at the ease of use for this. Would like to get my money back now that I was not able to use it for what I intended….

I was gifted $20 to spend on streaming services and the card has been declined multiple times even though I am trying to spend at approved services. I have spent at least $20 of my own trying to rent or buy using the gift card. Good idea but horrible execution
