Don’t waste your money! *2023-05-26, version 2022.1* Don’t waste your money. JUST SAY NO! This app never works. Delete. Reinstall. Delete. Reinstall. Never works. When guardian gives you the option, tell them to pound sand and don’t give them or these garbage speakers your money. I WISH I had gotten the Bose. But instead I went forward, spending tons of money on a whole house system based on proper workings the on-a digital audio app. And at first, all was well. But then after a particular update, the system stopped working on iOS. If I have an Android devolve actively connected, then I can connect. But if I don’t have the app open on an Android device, I can’t access from my iPhone or iPad. Developers have been made known of this problem for several months and didn’t fix. Frustrated? Feeling like it’s my fault though for ignoring reviews. ### 1/5 — Junk *2022-12-13, version 2022.1* Absolutely awful! We had only one app, Pandora, that worked for a couple of years. Then off and on for another year. Disappeared a few months ago and nothing we do is getting it back. An expensive home audio system has been rendered useless. We were told to connect via Nuvo app, that was also tried numerous times. I spend 30+ minutes trying to connect to Spotify before giving up and playing the music off my phone speaker. This app makes it absolutely useless. It won’t connect to Spotify, it crashes frequently and the volume control is located at the bottom of the screen which makes it difficult as the phone believes you are trying to swipe up and close out. Avoid this at all costs! ### 1/5 — Worst EVER *2022-07-20, version 2020.2.1* - It takes FOTEVER to load. - It stop for no reason - So difficult to connect to Spotify - You can ONLY use Pandora or Spotify. No you tube - Very Stricketed with Pandora. Rarely works. Currently can’t use it at all. Customer service is only available mon-fri during the day, so sorry if you work outside the home and are needing to contact someone. Zones, Sources, digital binding EVERYTHING requires one to go to some wall and press a button. Hey Security, right?? Or some other lame reason, except do the job this app is assigned to do. The System sounds very good, I'm a bit of an audio file and like to listen to my high resolution audio files. The app is easy to navigate through. I would like to see an alarm clock feature, It would be nice to wake up to music. I like the flexibility to control the system from the wall mount keypad or free app. ### 4/5 — Digital Audio System *2023-12-10, version 2023.0* I upgraded to this system from the old analog system and we use it everyday. Unlike the other reviews I have no issues with it and it works all the time. Yes it’s simple and no frills but for controlling the zones and playing pandora on them it is great. ### 4/5 — Cannot select music *2019-03-22* The app was working for the most part of 3 years. All of a sudden after an update it does not have the option to select music (iHeartRadio/ pandora etc). How should this be addressed? Update : I contacted Gerald (looking at the previous posts) and he asked me to restart the system which solved the issue. ### 4/5 — Works well (most of the time) *2019-03-21* We love our Legrand Home Audio system. This app makes controlling the system easy and convenient. Sometimes it disconnects from the network, requiring a reset. My wife would appreciate an Apple Watch version of this app. ### 4/5 — UPDATED: Very Good Customer Support *2018-09-15* This is an update to my previous review, which is still posted below. After prompt response from technical support my issue stated below has been resolved for now. The app is working as designed. The app itself is very nicely designed. It is intuitive and efficient to navigate. With continued performance of the app, I will rate 5 stars. PREVIOUS RATING: Title: FLAWED ( 1 star): Anytime the app updates or randomly for that matter the home button disappears and is replaced by a Settings button. No way to get to your room selections. I do sometimes have to check that I don’t have pandora already running in my phone, and if so just quit the pandora app and relaunch this app to get it to work. We currently have 7 zones and will expand soon. Apple Music support would be great, although I suppose it would work if I add it to my library and use my device to stream. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! We're always looking to add features that you'd like use. ### 4/5 — Works fine for what I want *2018-01-17, version 3.2.3* I have three sets of speakers in my house, in the kitchen, study, and patio. All seem to work fine with this app. I can get what I want which is TV and radio stations. Would like to see an update soon though as some of the branding is out of date and would love to stream Apple Music. ### 3/5 — Home Audio Connection *2022-10-01, version 2022.0* This application works okay, but took me a little while to figure out. Now that I have I’m mostly happy. To link to your home library connection instead of using one of the media servers, I just use the library function. Takes a while for it discover everything but once you do, you are set. It appears that something between iOS 16 and the latest release broke. So my phone no longer connects but my iPad does.
