It doesn’t store your password on the device which I don’t understand since the user has no access to the account deposited to itself. The password rules are cumbersome and the user has to work with their company’s internal IT department for resets. The reset process makes the user re-enter the temporary password even though it’s entered at the login screen. There is no contact info or other options to login. If I try the forgot username and put in my email it says user doesn’t exist, which would suggest my info has been deleted. Once again, THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT ABOUT IT!!!! This is a banking app that handles people’s MONEY.
