## What is On Task?

On Task is a simple, private to-do list for iPhone. Write down what needs doing, put it in order, and check it off.

Keep work tasks, errands, and weekend plans together in All Tasks, or focus on one category at a time. Choose category names and colors that make sense to you.

With On Task, you can:
• Add tasks quickly and keep typing to add the next one.
• Reorder active tasks by hand.
• Create, rename, recolor, and reorder categories.
• Move active tasks between categories.
• Check off tasks and review them in Done.
• See completed tasks grouped into Today, Past 7 Days, and Older.
• Restore a completed task to your active list.
• Delete individual tasks or clear completed tasks when you're ready.

On Task works offline. Tasks and categories are stored locally on your iPhone, and the app does not collect or transmit your data. Device backups follow your Apple settings.

One purchase. No subscription, in-app purchases, ads, or account required.

Made for iPhone. Requires iOS 17 or later.
