And trying to actually speak to a person is impossible. Chat help function provides no assistance. Want to amend a holiday date or lead passenger. Forget it , you wasted most of your money and will need to rebook. I have never felt as cheated and part of a system that is designed to frustrate and avoid assistance of any form. No to mention the complete miss direction when you actually receive a response. What is customer service to you.
