On The Mend lets you achieve more in physical rehab by organising your exercise plan, tracking your progress, and bringing you closer to your healthcare professionals.

This app is available free on iPhone or iPad for patients to connect with a health and care professional at each stage of their treatment.

When you are invited to sign up by your healthcare professional, you may receive a one-time PIN, creating a secure connection so you can share updates on how you are getting on.  

Some of the main benefits of the app include:
