I would receive notification emails, but when I opened the app, it took a long time to load. It also kept asking me to share my location, even though I had already granted that permission multiple times. Every time this prompt appeared, it delayed the process even more. I contacted support several times, but those conversations took me nowhere. I was told that I was competing with local and international providers to accept assignments. Later, support acknowledged that the assignments not appearing in the app was actually a known technical issue. I have finally received an assignment, but it was extremely difficult to get to that point. It should not take weeks of troubleshooting just to be able to accept your first assignment. I hope these issues are resolved because the onboarding experience needs significant improvement. ### 1/5 — Notifications issues *2026-07-13* Please help me. I use your app to receive an accept job assignments ### 1/5 — Please fix bugs *2026-06-22* With recent updates, app is extremely slow and doesn’t work like before. ### 1/5 — User *2026-06-19* The new version is awful and far from user-friendly. It feels like it was released without being properly tested. Most of us use this app on our phones, and even with larger screens, you have to scroll excessively just to find the Submit button. While scrolling, it’s very easy to accidentally change options that were already selected, which is extremely frustrating. The signature box is another major issue. You have to find the exact spot to start signing, and once you do, the signature appears as if it was written with a thick marker. Many people are unhappy with how it looks and end up signing multiple times to get something acceptable, which wastes time and creates unnecessary frustration. The developers should spend some time using the app themselves before releasing new versions. The current design makes simple tasks much more difficult than they need to be. ### 1/5 — Still not working after update *2026-06-19* Everyone reading this who is having problems with the app, there is a section here will you can report this app to Apple. Click on “report fraud or scam”. Then select the option for “report issue with app”, then select reason: “misleading claims about app functionality”. Might motivate them to actually fix this or to re-release the old version. ### 1/5 — Worst update ever *2026-06-14* This update is the worst ever it’s not allowing people to get appointments. From time to time you can’t use it because there’s some kind of new problem with the system. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Needs an update. *2024-08-28* Although it is one of the most efficient apps in its work, it has suddenly stopped sending email notifications, even though they were enabled in the settings. ### 4/5 — Upside: Great App, Downside: No Notifications *2021-09-20* I love the app as I can easily view when jobs come through and view my scheduled jobs or assignments quickly in a calendar format. The only issue I have with this app, and that is the reason for my 4-star rating is that it does not notify you if a new assignment or job comes available. It would be awesome if it would make a sound or vibrate while having the sound off on your phone.
