I have this app and when I opened it this morning (9/19/25) it said there was an update. Well it’s been “circling the drain” for 20 minutes now.  I had to close out of it!

For some reason, the app will no longer accept my password. When I try to reset it nothing happens and I’m instructed to create an account. When I try that I’m informed there is already an account under my email. Unable to reset password or access

Tells me MY email has already been taken! Taken by whom?? It’s my e-mail lol So needless to say I cannot create an account. This app definitely needs work.

It doesn’t let you login. It doesn’t let you create an account. It tells you use the password they sent you and a welcome email which I never received. Very frustrating.

Due to hurricane Milton, this App will launch on Oct 23rd. It tells you this when you open the App and is the reason you cannot “log in”
