Should’ve been more CLEAR about where? The person who purchased this can import their music from, because Apple music is where I get my music from. You only allow iTunes. So, it wasn't a lot of money, but I just wasted $5, and there's no point. You want me to have done that.

App has been really bad of late. Buggy since last update. When i try to edit text on the different templates it just freezes. For some videos the clips I selected before show as blank and it does not let me change the clip to a different one. Was enjoying it, but since last update seems to be so crashing out lot more. Disappointing

Ich habe das Probeabo frühzeitig gekündigt und das hat anscheinend nicht funktioniert. Nun wurde mir ein Jahresabo berechnet.

Its ease of use is great but I find that browsing templates starts to lag really significantly. Basic functionality such as recropping the image/video of it isn’t in portrait mode and turning off Live Photo’s to be still images instead of playing as video was a deal breaker for me. I had numerous photos of myself and my partner and the auto crop cropped one of us out of frame and it couldn’t be adjusted. Some photos / videos are also shot in landscape mode, the app should give the option of recropping with the option of black / coloured bars to fill the void to retain the portrait aspect ratio. Being able to choose landscape mode would also be very welcome. As it is for the price I wouldn’t pay for a subscription without more fine tuning options.

Last couple of days this app has been nothing by unusable. Drafts unable to open.
So I had to start from scratch designing a video, inputting the text, formatting the pictures. 
I’ve then gone to change the music for the video and it wouldn’t allow me to change it and kept reverting back to what’s on the template. I then go to come out of the draft to go back and in and now the draft is frozen and I’m unable to open the draft. Fuming! I’ve paid for pro but feels like a waste of money. 
I have emailed support email address awaiting reponse. Not happy at all!

I’m really impressed with OnBeat! The UI is clean and intuitive, and I loved how quickly the results came together. The built-in templates are also excellent - great balance of classy and hipster vibes! If you’ve ever felt frustrated using instagram or tiktok's editors, you'll find what you want here :)
