I attend group meetings with Homewood Health and when trying to login to the account or ask for technical support no one is ever there!!!

I have two kids who use this app. My son’s information just disappeared out of the app one day (name, appointments, ability to do Telehealth), and now the login credentials I know are correct aren’t working. When I clicked “I can’t log in,” I got an email with a link to follow to reset my password. The link took me right back to the login page. This app is literally useless to me.

Do not use this app.  Do NOT enter any credit card info as it cannot be removed. 

My credit card was charged without my permission.

When trying to join a call, the app crashes on both iPhone and iPad. Reaching out to customer support doesn’t do anything because they claim to not deal with any technical issues and we have to go through our provider. But I’m not sure how a healthcare provider is supposed to address an app bug issue?

I couldn’t have my appointment with my doctor tonight because the app kept crashing. I tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, logging in and out and nothing would make it stop crashing. 

Hoping we can use a different platform next time so I’m not stressed before my appointment.
