## What is OnCallCX UC?

OnCallCX UC is a complimentary internet telephony softphone that allows you to make and receive calls directly on your smartphone. It connects to a central communications platform and supports VoIP calls over both mobile data and Wi-Fi networks. The app also uses narrowband codecs to optimize bandwidth usage.
