## What is Oncallz?

Oncallz is the responder's app for on-call and incident management. When something breaks, get paged, triage fast, and keep your team in the loop — all from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Get alerted the moment an incident triggers, with critical and time-sensitive notifications.
• Triage from the dashboard: see active, unacknowledged, and critical incidents at a glance, then tap straight into what needs you.
• Acknowledge, resolve, comment on, or reopen incidents — swipe a card or open the detail view.
• Act in bulk: select several incidents and acknowledge or resolve them at once.
• Follow a clear incident timeline with notifications, calls, emails, and comments interleaved in order.
• See who's on call right now across your teams, and know at a glance whether it's you.
• Stay page-ready: verify your phone for SMS and voice pages and confirm push is registered.

HOW IT WORKS
Oncallz delivers alerts directly over Apple Push Notification service, with SMS and voice paging for the moments that matter. Your organization manages teams, schedules, escalation policies, and integrations in the Oncallz web app; the mobile app is built for the responder on the go.

• The timeline now follows your device language.
