I’m just thinking whether we can have more timestamp options with less opacity in the setting? I love time stamps - nostalgia! Everyone had the best time taking the most hilarious moments - kudos to the team for such an amazing product. The photos were high quality and we loved the vintage filter. Planning to use it again during my baby shower and my sister’s wedding. It’s easy to use, my guests LOVED it and the photos are so amazing to see from everyone’s pov. All we did was to place the QR code at the entrance and literally everyone joined in including my grandpa (he had the most fun 😂). All the photos were hilarious and lovely at the same time. However the once watermark on all exported photos wasn’t ideal for me / didn’t fit my preferences. Ended up going with a different app for my event! **Developer response:** Thank you for the review! Super easy everyone just scanned the QR and started dropping photos. We used it for a birthday, but it’d be perfect for weddings, trips, or even house parties. Cool ### 1/5 — Awful, unusable *2026-07-30* Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used. Good luck opening it in less than 15 seconds, good luck staying logged in, and good luck trying to enjoy this terrible excuse for an app. I don’t know how they’ve managed to make an app that signs you out whenever it feels like it, and that has no redeeming qualities, but they have. You’re better off closing your eyes and missing every event you’d like to photograph, because at least then you won’t have to deal with this app **Developer response:** Unsure if you're being sarcastic but our app works quite well, currently capturing memories across 1000+ weddings and events per day! Very disappointing for an app that's marketed to capture someone's special day. There are only 14 'moments' after the event but before we drove home I only had 7 pictures remaining on my 'disposable camera' so where are they all? **Developer response:** Hey there, we're sorry that your experience wasn't up to expectations. As we communicated through email, our team investigated your album in detail and found that the venue’s weak internet connection alongside the app being closed during the photo upload process was the root cause of the issue. Similar to other apps, our app cannot function (i.e. upload photos) if the app is completely closed. Our team is working our best to make sure all photo uploads happen safely and as quickly as possible. We hope you get a chance to try out our app again, as we would love to help you take the most amazing photos and have a great experience. ### 1/5 — Video Not creating & No option to contact support *2026-05-22* I had one video created, I started my second project and the video is not created. I have my photos but no video. Now I am trying to see a contact email id to contact support and there is none. The company pages redirects to other apps. Won’t be using the app is so glitchy. Wouldn’t open all the time. Feels like I wasted my money. ### 2/5 — Great idea but needs further developing *2026-02-09* I think this is a great idea and I’ve been testing it before an event just to make sure it works properly before I put a very important event photos in the hands of technology and I’m glad I ended up testing it before. Firstly - it doesn’t work without internet connection which is not ideal and is super slow when you want to take a picture so the moment might be gone by the time you open it and take a photo, secondly some pictures just never appear after the film is available to be shown and thirdly in the latest film I created only 1 photo showed up in the album after the reveal time even though I took about 20 photos. Please look into all the flaws and if you are going to have a wedding and get multiple people take pictures on it, might be a bit risky. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for trying Once and the detailed feedback. I had a last minute issue where my event was going to expire they replied straight away to sort it. The guests loved it and we were able to enjoy photos immediately without waiting for the edits from our official photographer. They also captured moments the photographer would never have seen. Easy to set up *2026-08-24* I’m preparing for my baby shower and scrolling through IG for ideas and saw how ONCE can be used to capture moments at parties! I am reserving a PhotoBooth, but I love the idea of capturing moments in time and sharing with others. I checked it out and it was so easy to sign up, I was able to choose the theme, number of pics per guest, edit the background and set the date for the event. For some reason, I missed choosing the number of guest during their enrollment, but I was able to modify soon after. I like that my guest will not have to download the app. I was able to download the QR code and order table cards that my guest will be able to scan.
