I love the plot of this game, but there is no more dialogue when you get to Oz.  And when you get to the end of the Emerald City, you’d think you’d battle the Evil Queen, but you don’t.  You battle the Alpha Gorilla instead!  Plus, you don’t find out how Dorothy turned Evil!  I need some explanations!

Update: still no response from anyone in regards to the problem. My issue now is, you can’t advance in the game without leveling up your team. I can’t win anymore levels without leveling up. So basically you make it impossible to move forward in the game without paying something. Disappointing and I am not sure how much longer I am willing to keep playing. 

I have enjoyed playing this game up until now. I have sent an email with no response from you. I am forced to write a review. I am winning and supposed to get gems as pictured after my win. My gem count does not change. I am not going to continue to play until fixed. I have been collecting to increase my Hero chances. I can’t increase it with gems.

I like the game but like others have said no one responds to emails about problems or issues and so I have to write this review. 

Don’t waste your money on the subscription. I signed up for the monthly subscription of $4.99. I’m supposed to get 30 gems every day, which I do get. The problem is that every 2-3 days a couple hundred gems or more disappear from my accumulated gems. I’ve had the subscription for about a month an a half and should have about 4500 gems but have been unable to store 400-500 gems before they disappear again. The gems are key to getting higher ranking characters early in the game, but when you don’t get to keep what you’ve paid for, it becomes impossibly hard to move forward in the game.

I love this game, but for the past several days, every time I attempt to play the game crashes as soon as it opens past the crazy labs screen. It’s incredibly frustrating. Thanks for the quick response and for looking into the issue. I love this game and love working to create stronger heroes to beat levels. I did want to update that the game is still closing and I can’t get past the loading screen, which is still incredibly frustrating.

I have responded to the request for my user id but have not heard anything from the developer team. Today is the first day I’ve been able to get into the game for more than a few seconds and I do not see anything there either.

Fun game but so many technical issues. I just recently deposited money to play and level up and I’ve been receiving an ERROR CODE <IN11> all day. Paid money to not be able to play. 😣

It’s basically a fun game. I like collecting the heroes, playing the adventure games, and building up the castle. But with this last update, I’ve had to restart the game about 8 times just to get in and do what I do. The summoning takes to long now, half of the heros pics are not there, and it’s just the background screen when playing a battle. Too many advertisements and pop ups to start the game off. Your update could have included multiple buildings (maybe one of each kind of building) can be upgraded at the same time. The ability to add to the heros collection, I think it sits at 25 now.

I’m not understanding the whole ascending your hero but. I have leveled up to 20 on most of my hero’s but I don’t understand what the ascension is for or why I should do it. Clearer instructions on game play would be helpful.

I like it but I liked it how it used to be fighting the viñlians inseatd of good guys. And the maches were better as well. There is good things about the update but not as fun as it used to be

On the new version of every level freezes which means that I lose lives.. This has happened on every single level and I’m tired of it that’s why I’m writing this review.. So maybe the developers an fix this glitch I really hope so and I also hope that that they add on more levels as I’m almost done with Emerald City.. I’d also like to add that once you beat the providences what’s the sense of leveling up ur castle or other things?? It takes 2 weeks to upgrade ur castle? Now that’s a bit to long..

Basically a fun game, maybe by greedy & stingy people. Very very bad people with no conscience at all. I thought empires had bad summoning odds but this game makes u grind for ever & still not even have more than one 3 star hero in your collection. Mass training results in mass 1 stars. Trying to level a hero power? Good luck! I have had 1 hero get their power to level 2! U need 10 heroes of the same color to have any chance at all & then it is a huge long shot. So sad to see a great game ruined like this, sick of pay to win greed & hope some day patrons realize that it’s cheaper to buy the latest Play Station games than it is to be held hostage by app makers.

Unless you plan on buying extras this game becomes lame after a week. Cannot get past levels after waiting to make potions and using them, only to still lose the level. Not fun so no longer playing.

This seems like a good game but there is no settings button, therefore no was to turn off sounds. I typically play with other people around so usually turn off the music and sounds. I need a game that has settings so I can choose what’s happening.

Started out as a fun game but then quickly became a complete waste of time. At least with most monotony games the monotony continues. This one just abruptly ends. 

Resource farming takes far too long and the chance of getting a decent set of heroes is very small with their poor percentages.  

A castle upgrade can take two weeks once you get high enough level. And why bother? By then you’ve already beaten all the content and you are just adding levels to your castle for no reason. 

 It fear not. The developers will most certainly respond saying “the game is new and we are working on more and there will be massive updates soon”. If you go back and look they’ve been making those promises for way too long with no results.

Horrible hero summon with zero chance to get even a 3 star hero . Empire & Puzzels is much much much better. It have a lots to change and lots of improvements to make it better.

Like so many mobile games today, the ad shows something completely different to try to get you to download the game.

In normal markets, this is called “bait and switch”, and it is illegal in many countries.

If they lied in the ad, imagine what other unethical things they will do in the game to get you to pay.

But then it started just being the same old thing because you’re chances of getting a 3 star hero is rare- and anything larger is impossible in my experience. After months of daily play, I give up. Waste of time

Just chiming in with some of the other reviews. Fun game, I really like the new features. I’m glad that I hung in there and waited for the update. BUT…I’m having issues with it freezing as well, mid battle. Hoping on a fix for this soon!!!!

I love this game a lot but I play it once and than when I open the app again it only shows the crazylabs logo when I first open the app and then it goes right back to my Home Screen on my phone and then I have to re download it and than it work can you fix this problem

I never write reviews, but I am in love with this game. I love how I can play for hours and just keep going. There is always something to do. The characters are awesome and the graphics are beautifully done.
