I do photo books by the year and it is so seamless and the quality great. My only complaint is that when trying to use old photos that are uploaded to the cloud they don’t load in the app so it makes things a little more difficult. ### 2/5 — Can’t upload images *2026-06-30, version 12.6.0* While the general user experience seems great, I can’t even get started. I spent hours on my phone attempting to get images through the Google photos share. Then moved onto my laptop and cannot upload there either. Missed the EOFY sale code because of this too. It would be great if it let you customize the templates to your liking rather than using preset templates. If that’s not possible, then perhaps adding additional template options. It looks like there are only 4-5 options. And whenever there are multiple photos, it only lets you add one full page photo on the left page, not the right page. Pretty sure it’s nearing 50 (if not more). Fantastic quality, incredible customer service and fast delivery. The app has improved majorly since 2019 because the team takes on feedback constructively and ask for improvements continually. I have made all my friends and family download this app and we have created beautiful albums (countries apart) together! It was so easy to use and made the experience very enjoyable. Unfortunately, our book got damaged during shipping, which is no fault of the app creator, and their customer service was right on it and handled the situation flawlessly and to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend this app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Defective book difficult to obtain replacement *2026-07-03, version 12.6.0* I received a damaged book and was offered 15% off purchase price or 30% off further order. When I questioned this and asked for a replacement I was told that this was a shipping issue and that they are trying to reduce carbon footprint. They then did offer me a ‘free book’. I found this response upsetting as if they were putting blame on me. I do care for the environment but I also wanted an undamaged book of memories. I am very time poor as a busy mum so sending multiple emails to obtain a replacement was difficult for me.
