I then have to go through contact to rectify. This process often takes a lot of my time because you can't get through to phone line or emails no response. When you do get through the contact people are wonderful but it is very frustrating to have to go through almost every order. I can’t believe how the quality of goods on here have gone downhill since the last two years. Bought a dress recently (wasn’t cheap) and expected the quality to be good but what I received was some piece of fabric with poor quality, even worse than those on Shein. Also there’s high shipping costs and as they get their products shipped to you from different suppliers, you have to pay separately for each item, not all for one time shipping fee like they used to do.
