It would be great to see more of a variety of clothes brands and mix of categories each day. Free shipping for clothing at times would be great too. You could maybe think about having a spin wheel like those Temu and SHEIN sites have now. It could be extra 5 or 10% off, free shipping, free credit or better luck next time. I then have to go through contact to rectify. This process often takes a lot of my time because you can't get through to phone line or emails no response. When you do get through the contact people are wonderful but it is very frustrating to have to go through almost every order. I have regularly asked onceit to have better quality checks but still I get very damaged or faulty clothing items. ### 4/5 — Love the app but where the heck is the wishlist option! *2021-08-21, version 2.1.0* This app is good and easy to use as it should be but the only thing I absolutely hate is not having a wishlist option and on top of that stuff only stays for one hour in cart. Like I need sometime to figure out what I need to buy. New update on the app needs fixing though. Can’t read the full title or description of products. However the pictures and descriptions need to be better there is either not enough or not great quality. About the only time I seem to get access is 11pm or there abouts! At 8.50am today I tried to access... I Made order and got only half of my order, then offer to refund less than half of what I spend. Its very unfair, and as a customer, I lose my money and not get my goods 👎. Never again shop from them ☹️ ### 1/5 — Decreasing service and quality *2021-11-06, version 2.1.2* I’ve been having the app since it just started back in 2013, 2014 and made quite a few purchases at the beginning and the overall experience was always good. I can’t believe how the quality of goods on here have gone downhill since the last two years. Bought a dress recently (wasn’t cheap) and expected the quality to be good but what I received was some piece of fabric with poor quality, even worse than those on Shein. Also there’s high shipping costs and as they get their products shipped to you from different suppliers, you have to pay separately for each item, not all for one time shipping fee like they used to do. Had to wait 6 weeks this time for the item to arrive too. Completely disappointed! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Counterfeit goods and higher than RRP pricing *2021-06-19, version 2.1.0* Have bought several times from Onceit and have found exact goods cheaper direct from standard retailers so do your research on pricing prior to purchase. Have also purchased counterfeit Olaplex which was recalled (badly) with no refund provided. Very disappointed with this online store and will never buy from there again. App doesn’t recognise that I’m Australia based, currency remains only in NZD. The deals are not very appealing, prices are not very competitive.
