## What is OnceRoll?

Your wedding deserves more than one camera roll.

OnceRoll turns your event into a digital guestbook guests fill from their own phone — photos, video messages, or voice messages, no download, no signup. After the event, it all reveals together.

The best wedding moments don't come from the photographer's angle. They come from the ceremony aisle, the reception table, the dance floor, and the voice message your best friend left between speeches. OnceRoll collects all of it.

THREE WAYS TO COLLECT MOMENTS

Photo Guestbook — the classic shared disposable camera. Guests shoot candids all night; nothing is visible until the reveal.

Video Guestbook — guests record short video messages from their phone. After the reveal, every message plays back as part of one shared collection.

Voice Guestbook — guests leave short voice messages, like a wedding voicemail. After the reveal, play them back one after another.

Pick one format per guestbook, or run more than one at the same celebration.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create your guestbook in the OnceRoll app, choose Photo, Video, or Voice, and set a reveal time.
2. Share the QR code — on a table card, a projector slide, or a text message.
3. Guests open the camera or recorder in their browser. No app download required.
4. After the event, the full guestbook reveals to everyone at once.

PERFECT FOR

- Weddings and wedding weekends
- Engagement parties and bridal showers
- Birthdays and house parties
- Trips and group travel
- Corporate and brand events
- Reunions

WHY ONCEROLL IS DIFFERENT

Unlike a shared Google Photos album or AirDrop chain, OnceRoll keeps every photo, video message, and voice message hidden until the reveal. Guests stay present in the moment instead of scrolling during the event. The delayed reveal creates the same anticipation you felt with disposable cameras — but every photo is actually good, and every message actually gets said.

The host controls the reveal time. Set it for the end of the night, the morning after, or a week later. Guests can revisit the gallery from the same link, no account needed.

WHAT YOU GET

- Shared Photo, Video, and Voice Guestbooks in one app
- QR code and link-based guest joining
- No guest app download required
- Delayed reveal controlled by the host
- Candid photos, video messages, and voice messages from every guest
- Works on any phone (browser-based for guests)

Free to start. Download the host app to create your first guestbook.

Version 1.3.2 is a small maintenance update:

- internal cleanup and stability improvements
- updated listing so guestbooks are easier to find

### 1.3.1 — 2026-10-11

Version 1.3.1 shows new hosts what a finished guestbook looks like and smooths out video playback:

- see a sample Photo, Video and Voice guestbook — real photos, a video message and voice messages — before you create your own
- your home screen stays tidy: the ended section only appears once a guestbook has ended
- video messages now show the picture and the pause button the moment they start playing
- leaving full screen, or the guestbook, pauses the video instead of playing on
- a refreshed black-and-white Live Activity on your Lock Screen
- faster, more reliable uploads for photos and video

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-17

Version 1.3.0 gives hosts print-ready invite cards and a simpler way to share them:

- five new invite card designs: Classic, Love, Script, Frame and Night
- wording on the card now matches your guestbook — photos, video, or voice
- edit the headline and message, pick a card ratio, choose a background, and show or hide the OnceRoll mark
- export the card to your photos, share it as an image, or save a print-ready PDF at 4×6, 5×7, A6 or A5
- a much faster card editor
- a quick in-app way to rate OnceRoll after your event goes live

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-12

Fixes for guests leaving voice and video messages:

- After sending a message, the confirmation screen now has a working way out
- Guests who open an invite link no longer get stuck on the recording screen
- "All done" now appears correctly when you have already left your message, and is translated
- Photo events show a clear "Roll complete" screen once you have used every shot
- Fixed the sign-in link and the "go home" button for guests who had joined without an account

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-30

- Shorter Invite Links and Clearer QR Codes for Faster Joining
- Redesigned App Clip and Guest Entry Experiences
- More Reliable Photo, Video, Voice, and Cover Uploads
