Building the body and mind to manage the onset of treatment following a cancer diagnosis is as important as the treatment itself. The better prepared the body and mind, the more effective the treatment can be. Good diet, exercise and movement and solid mind support are all easily accessible within this app and links to external sources like the Penny Brohn Centre are invaluable. Also helping with body image through maintaining health and mobility and care for your scars is hugely supportive. Reliability within the app (such as linking devices) will come over time and further development but fixes should be implemented quickly.
