ONCOllab is a learning and practice-support tool seeking toIt also helps to  improve the integration of oral healthcare and cancer care and collaboration between the different members of the care team by providing referral and communication tools. ONCOllab looks to create a common language among healthcare professionals to recognize and manage oral complications that may arise during cancer therapy.
Specifically, ONCOllab serves as:
- a consultation/recommendation tool to make treatment and referral decisions according to the specific cancer type and therapy the patient is receiving.
- a risk assessment tool to evaluate the likelihood of the patient developing different oral complications.
- An educational tool for learning essential clinical tips and answering frequently asked questions.
