## What is Onda?

Onda turns where you are in your cycle into a plan for the day: one movement suggestion, one food suggestion, and a short "why now" that explains the reasoning.

It is not a cycle tracker. It sits alongside the one you already use.

HOW IT WORKS
Tell Onda when your last period started and roughly how long your cycles run. Then say how you like to move, what equipment you have, and anything you do not eat, so you never get a suggestion you cannot use. That is the setup.

After that it asks for two taps a cycle. You mark when your period starts and when it ends, and that keeps the forecast calibrated. Nothing daily is required, and there is nowhere in the app to type a symptom.

On hormonal birth control that stops your cycle? Onda works differently for you: a steady plan rather than a phase plan, with the same daily suggestions and the same evening check-in.

EVERY DAY
A movement suggestion matched to the phase you are in, at an intensity that fits it
A food suggestion for the same phase
A plain-language "why now" on both

PLAN THE MONTH
See the weeks ahead as an energy outlook. Add a date that matters — a race, a first date, a day you have to be at your best — and Onda shows which phase it falls in, so you can plan around it instead of being caught out.

AN OPTIONAL EVENING CHECK-IN
This is the part that makes tomorrow different. Tap how the day went — slept badly, low energy, sore from training — and the next morning's movement responds: shorter, easier, or held where it was. It is a short list of options, never a text box. Your phone keeps your answers for seven days, then deletes them.

Skip it as often as you like. Tomorrow's plan arrives either way, built on the phase you are in.

WHAT LEAVES YOUR PHONE
Onda works out your cycle on your phone, and your records stay there: the dates you enter, your setup answers and your daily plan. Using Onda means agreeing, on its first screen, to send usage and cycle data — your phase, cycle day and cycle length, period logs and check-in answers — and screen recordings with text and images hidden to our analytics service, PostHog, in the EU, so we can improve the app. It is never used for advertising and never sold, and no advertising company or data broker receives anything about your cycle. To measure our ads, installs, trial starts and purchases that came from our Meta ads are reported to Meta, with your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. If you turn reminders on, the reminder text is sent so it can be delivered, and it can name the phase you are entering. Full detail: helloonda.com/privacy

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-07

• A new first screen. Onda now asks you to agree to send usage and cycle data — your phase, cycle day and cycle length, period logs, check-in answers, and screen recordings with text and images hidden — to our analytics service, PostHog, in the EU, so we can see how Onda is used and make it better. It is never used for advertising. If you already use Onda, you'll see this once when you open the update: agree to carry on, or delete everything. The details are at helloonda.com/privacy.
• We now measure which of our ads bring people to Onda. When you set up Onda, your iPhone asks whether Onda may track you; your answer changes nothing in the app, and nothing about your cycle is ever sent to an advertiser.
• Fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.0 — 2026-09-22
