Lies. The app has been down for a week at a time in December. And it comes back. Then goes back down. Very unreliable. It’s like they have a 5 year old running the system. It’s good when it works BUT if your business relies on revenue, customers, and getting work done, then this app is VERY unreliable. I was thinking of branding the app but I’m glad I did not. Lags, doesn’t allow buttons to be pushed, goes down altogether frequently. Allows you to accept fare before going to bid and then still doesn’t give you the fare. When it works it’s great.
