## What is OnDemand@RMV?

On request with the flexible RMV on-demand shuttles from A to B, where and when you need them.

In addition to our buses and trains, the RMV on-demand shuttles in the Rhein-Main region offer even more environmentally friendly mobility - 100% electric, digital and on demand! You can book your journey conveniently and individually using the app. The shuttles take you directly to your destination or pick you up from the bus or train - reliably, cost-effectively and whenever you need them. We have one main concern: To make using public transport as easy and flexible as possible for you - even away from city centres.

With the OnDemand@RMV app, you can book all on-demand offers in the Rhein-Main transport network conveniently and easily:

- SiGGi (Groß-Gerau district)
- Carlos (Main-Kinzig district)
- Knut (Frankfurt)
- mainer (Hanau)

The app tells you exactly which places and districts are included in the areas. To join the ride, simply book a seat via the app.

ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS
We'll show you immediately which vehicle can pick you up when and where.

BOOK YOUR JOURNEY
We use the app to navigate you to a nearby stop where you will be picked up. This stop can also be purely virtual and will be displayed on the map on your mobile phone. You can follow the live tracking of your vehicle on its way to you.

PAY IN THE APP
As the offer is integrated into the existing public transport system, your journey only costs a small surcharge on top of the RMV ticket. The exact price for your selected route is displayed in the app when you book. You can enter your preferred payment method directly in the app and pay conveniently.

RATE YOUR JOURNEY
Once you arrive at your destination, the shuttle will take you to a (virtual) stop near your destination. From there, we navigate you to your final destination via the app. Finally, you can give us feedback and rate the service via the app.

### 1/5 — Nicht benutzerfreundlich

Wie kann man nur so einen Benutzerunfreundliche App erstellen.  Die App ist total friggelig.  Wenn ich nach einem Start oder Endpunkt suche und scrollen will wird irgend ein Endpunkt ausgewählt und die Fahrt sofort gebucht.  Wenn ich eine Startzeit angebe wie z.B. 17:20, dann bekomme ich eine Fahrt zwischen 16:50 und 17:00 gebucht. Mein Zug kommt aber am Start erst kurz nach 17:00 Uhr an. Das passt alles nicht. Es scheint,  dass die Entwickler der App diese nie selbst ausprobiert haben.

Ich habe das Lahnstar früher regelmäßig benutzt. Leider ist auf das Buchen der Shuttles kein Verlass und ich rate jedem davon ab, die Fahrt mit einem Shuttle zu planen. Wenn man einen Zeitraum von 10 Minuten bucht, fährt der Fahrer los bevor der gebuchte Zeitraum vorbei ist. Das Geld wird abgezogen mit der Begründung „nicht erschienen“. Der Support meldet sich seit Wochen nicht und die Fahrer fahren selbst zu früh los wenn es das letzte Shuttle am Abend ist. Leider muss ich dringend von dem Service abraten, auch wenn dieser früher funktioniert hat. Es wird Geld abgebucht für Leistungen die nicht erbracht werden und jede Stelle von RMV verweist auf eine andere damit am Ende nicht geantwortet werden muss. Echt Hilfe möchte niemand geben.

Die Dienstleistung des RMV ist gut, alle bisherigen Fahrten liefen problemlos. Nur die App hängt sich hin und wieder auf und ist nicht in allen Bereichen intuitiv zu bedienen. Daher nur vier Sterne.

Die App ist total bescheuert, obwohl ich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür habe muss ich manchmal eine Straße weiter laufen um abgeholt zu werden und beim Heimweg teilweise genauso ein Blödsinn. Auch die Struktur und Bedienung der App sind echt mies

Die App bucht ohne mein Zutun Fahrten und autorisiert PayPal-Zahlungen!!! Zum wiederholten Male jetzt. Selbst wenn sie offen ist und das Handy in der Hosentasche, darf so etwas nicht passieren. Meine Ticketkäufe und Rechnungen sind aktuell auf der RMV-Webseite auch nicht abrufbar. Und die S-Bahn eh eine Katastrophe. Mir reicht‘s, bye-bye ÖPNV!

Bei dieser Version (4.20.3) ist bei eingeschalteter Standortfreigabe nicht möglich die Startadresse einzugeben. Bei eingeschaltetem VoiceOver lässt sich das Eingabefeld für die Eingabe der Startadresse nicht aktivieren. Somit ist die manuelle oder Korrektur eines Startpunktes nicht möglich.

Leider wurde mir bewusst, dass komplett Bad Vilbel nicht dabei ist. Man kann dort abgeholt werden, aber leider  kann man nicht weiter in Bad Vilbel gefahren werden. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn das geändert werden könnte

Damit angefangen, dass die App falsche Informationen bezüglich der verbleibenden Zeit bis das Fahrzeug da ist angibt, ist das Fahrzeug auch als solches zu 90% nicht zur gewünschten Uhrzeit am Ziel. Bevor du mal dran bist werden erstmal noch Kunden quer durch Taunusstein gefahren, sodass du für eine 20 min Fahrt eine Stunde brauchst. In Zukunft werde ich einfach wieder mit dem Bus fahren, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
