But my complain is that, I think they don’t store their stuff well. Last time one of the cookies packet I had ordered was expired. N once there was this oats packet which wasn’t expired but still had insects inside a sealed packed packet. This is abysmal service and unacceptable behaviour from Ondoor. The customer care failed to redress said complaints stating “delivery team has its reasons”. Transaction gone through but I haven’t received any order details. They have zero customer support to reach or contact. Their contact us page on app doesn’t work. If you try to submit complain it crashes. I tried all ways to reach out to them but no where mentioned their emails. It was first time I used this app. I would suggest everyone to be careful while making payments to these guys, they are not equipped to handle load and don’t understand customer service ### 1/5 — Bad UI unable to place order *2020-04-10* The app has a very slow and Bad User Interface. Further lot of bugs fixes are required related to payment and updating of address and landmarks. During critical /peak time of Covid-19 lockedown it's getting impossible to place an order. Not even allows to post any suggestions or feedbacks or taise a complaint in the app. Contact us section is also having bugs. ### 1/5 — Received expired products *2019-05-09* I have ordered fruit juice which had already crossed its expiry date, when called at customer care they said that they will replace that product by the end of the day, but no person showed up and the local store person said that they have not received any information from customer care. Worst services and worst product ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update broke it *2026-01-31, version 105.4.4* It’s stuck at the popup that App update is needed even though it is updated. ### 1/5 — Never order from this app and store *2022-12-11* All the items you order will not be delivered they are always out of stock at the time of delivery but when you order it is there so they will refund the amount in wallet so you have to shop agian from this worst company and if you ordered vegetable or fruits than they will come like you have to throw half of them and either you complain about all the things they will do nothing even if you complain for order 1 time you will never complain for that order next time. If I want 10 qty of a certain product, why am I being limited to buy only 1 or 2 pieces. And then they want put a min. Order of Rs. 500 for free delivery. Are u trying to loot customers by making them buy unnecessary products? ### 1/5 — Such a rubbish app and service is tooo worst *2020-06-01* They always order like pro grocery store like they all the products to order but when they deliver you your items, they always ship your products by there own convince and ya all the products are available when you place an order and get put pf stock what so over happens, your items will npt delivered to you. ### 1/5 — It’s a fraud app *2020-05-31* Beware of this shopping app. This is the only worst app amongst all app Products shown on app are not the same which are offered for delivery. They always has some excuse like weather temperature for butter hence not delivering. Tea ordered is not available so you may drink another tea etc. Amount of returned products (not matching with order placed) is transferred into ondoor wallet. If you request them to transfer the same into original payment source, they deny mentioning that you can use the same in future transactions. Overall they cheat with customers by not delivering the products they ordered and also with blocking the money which should ideally be refunded back to customers. I would suggest you NOT TO GO FOR THIS APP. Worst service. Recommend everyone to uninstall the app and rate poorly. ### 1/5 — Disgusting *2020-05-27* I am using OnDoor since it arrived in Indore. I have done multiple orders through its app. I always had problems like they show everything available on the app but when we order it they comes with a refund amount. In the lockdown too, they showed that they care for us. ‘Ghanta care’. They are not even taking the orders during their given time slots. I am uninstalling this app. And I will tell this to all my people not to use this app even mistakenly. I wanted to give zero stars but it is not given in the options. ### 1/5 — Looting and fraud *2020-05-18* I made an order after 15days of trying somehow order got booked I received the product those products were already expired and infact some product were not delivered and delivery guy said that remaining amount will be refunded back in ur account it’s been more than a week. I made complaints 7/8time but no response and there is no phone number to talk . Firstly they deliver year expired things and u can’t complain neither giving back the money nor the product for which they already took money .stop looting at the time of crisis . ### 1/5 — Fake app with fake details *2020-05-16* Indeed been using ondoor for a long time. But when we needed it most during lockdown they stopped delivering while all other cities have delivering services. Moreover they say they deliver and orders are taken at 8-9 AM in the Morning. I’ve been trying to place order for more than one hour at the exact timing but their slots are always fool and my many friends and families are also trying but no-one is able to. They do not deliver during crisis and show us like they have a lot of orders. This is fake pathetic and ridiculous.
